This house building is a real rollacoaster! After the goods news of the land being registered yesterday, today we received from Wisdom with a revised tender attached. No explanation but tender has gone up $3k.
We are a bit frustrated (understatement) and have decided to sleep on it before sending a reply tomorrow.
